- Ticket buyers pay no additional fees — they only pay the ticket price. Event organizers have a 5% platform fee deducted from their ticket revenue.
- Are there withdrawal fees?
- Yes, withdrawing funds from your wallet to M-Pesa or bank incurs a flat fee of KES 100 per transaction to cover processing costs.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers for booking and ticket payments.
